The group includes any type of Processed maize-based flakes e.g. the corn flakes. Cereal flakes are breakfast cereals usually obtained by soaking-cooking/steaming, pressing, drying and flaking cereal grains/flours mixed with admixture of additional ingredients (e.g. sweeteners). The group includes any type of Processed maize-based flakes. The part consumed/analysed is by default the whole or a portion of it representing the observed heterogeneity.
