A02QG Cottage cheese
The group includes any type of Cottage cheese, i.e. a product obtained by cutting and draining a curd. The process includes often washing of the cheese grains to reduce acidity. The part consumed/analysed is by default the whole or a portion of it representing the observed heterogeneity.
