The group includes mixed whole eggs from hens (Gallus gallus), i.e. the liquid content of the egg, including (without separating them) the albumen (egg white) and the vitellus (egg yolk). The part consumed/analysed is by default the whole or a portion of it representing the observed heterogeneity.
