The group includes Omega-3 fatty acids used as fortifying agents. Omega-3 fatty acids (also called n-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) with a double bond (C=C) at the third carbon atom from the end of the carbon chain. The part consumed/analysed is by default the whole or a portion of it representing the observed heterogeneity.
