A16FC Fruit jelly
The group includes any type of fruit jelly as defined by EU legislation (Council Directive 2001/113/EC): gelled mixture of sugars and the juice and/or aqueous extracts of one or more kinds of fruit according to Directive 2001/113. The part consumed/analysed is by default the whole or a portion of it representing the observed heterogeneity. When relevant, information on the part consumed/analysed has to be reported with additional facet descriptors.
