The group includes any type of pasta-based dishes (e.g. stuffed/filled pasta) uncooked, with any type of stuffing and possibly containing sauces. Information on characterising ingredients should be reported with additional facets descriptors. The term does not distinguish between fresh and dried pasta-based dishes uncooked; if relevant, this information can be added with additional facet descriptors. The part consumed/analysed is by default the whole or a portion of it representing the observed heterogeneity.
