A00ZJ Pickled / marinated vegetables

The group includes any type of Pickled / marinated vegetables, i.e. Plant commodities used as vegetables, marinated with acidic and or spiced media. Typical example are some fruiting vegetables in vinegar with herbs and spices. The part consumed/analysed is by default the whole or a portion of it representing the observed heterogeneity. When relevant, information on the part consumed/analysed has to be reported with additional facet descriptors.
