The group includes any type of Tapioca starch, such as cassava starch or manioca starch, excluding modified starch, that is listed among additives, according to the EU regulation. The part consumed/analysed is by default the whole or a portion of it representing the observed heterogeneity. When relevant, information on the part consumed/analysed has to be reported with additional facet descriptors.
